VERTICAL LIFELINE SYSTEM
Features
- UFS Vertical life line system is an integrated solution to assist the fall of a user who has to constantly move up and down a ladder. It consists of a vertical anchorage line made of stainless steel wire rope, installed on a ladder using an appropriate mounting bracket at the top to two ladder rungs.
- A stainless steel rope grab moves up & down and connected to this rope grab with the help of a Carabiner.
- A screw type mechanical tensioner is provided at the end of the anchorage line at the bottom, connecting to the lower mounting bracket to maintain the tension& rigidity in the anchorage line.
- Intermediates are provided at intervals to prevent the anchorage line from mechanical movement and wind pressure.
- One stainless steel plate is used to fasten the system structure at the time of installation, the relevant detail and revalidation details are provided on the plate by a number punched.
- The system also has an inspection plate which is installed on rung of the ladder for the identification, traceability and maintenance of inspection records.
- It is easy and simple to install the system with minimum effort for installation.
- Connection of the wire rope at the 2 ends to the extremity a tensioner, making the installation simple, easy and avoid use of specialized machinery.
